Clark County Department of Family Services:  A local public agency whose role is to help keep children safe. The agency was formed in response to the merger of state and county child welfare services. Services include adoption, case management, child abuse hotline, child protection, independent living, and the parenting project.​

Clark County Public Guardian:  Provides two primary services to the citizens of Clark County. Guardianship, for individuals who are legally determined to be incapable of managing their own affairs and Representative Payee, a voluntary money management assistance program for those over sixty. Services include ensuring monthly bills are paid on behalf of a client to ensure shelter, food, and clothing needs are met. This service prevents homelessness.​

Clark County Social Services:  Provides a variety of services for needy residents of Clark County who are not assisted by other state, federal or local programs. Services are primarily targeted for childless adults. The primary mandates are to provide financial and medical assistance, protective services for seniors. Social Service is also responsible for other programs and duties assigned by the Board of County Commissioners​.

Desert Regional Center (DRC): Is a State agency that serves children and adults living in Southern Nevada who have a diagnosis of intellectual disability or another significant disability (e.g. Cerebral Palsy, Epilepsy, Autism, neurological impairment) impacting adaptive skills (e.g. self- care, home living, social skills, self- direction, health and safety, communication, and functional academics).​
